  • When and how will I receive my order confirmation after placing an order?
    Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email on the provided e-mail address. If you don't hear from us, please write to us at connect@madithingsdesign.com
  • How long will it take for my Madi Things merch to arrive?
    All orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days. You can add an additional 2 days for delivery and expect your package between 5-7 working days. You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We are excited to share our art with you guys from all around the world. We charge a flat rate of $25 (for upto a kilo).

  • I’ve ordered something, can I add more things to my order?
    Yes, of course! If you buy more products on the same day, we’ll ship them as part of the same order. They may or may not ship together in the same box.

  • What do I do if I made a mistake with my personal/shipping information? Can I update?
    No worries, just contact us by email at connect@madithingsdesign.com before the order status changes to shipped.

  • My payment card isn’t being accepted?
    This might be because the information has not been entered correctly, but if you’ve checked all the entered information and if it is accurate, we recommend you wait for a few hours before you try again. The bank servers could be down sometimes. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please write to us at connect@madithingsdesign.com and we will try our best to help you out.

  • What are the shipping charges?
    We offer a domestic shipping rate of INR 75 on orders below 699. For orders above, it's free shipping! and so should you! For all orders within India, we offer a standard delivery. For countries outside of India, we charge a flat rate of 25$ (upto a kilo).

  • My payment card isn’t being accepted?
    This might be because the information has not been entered correctly, but if you’ve checked all the entered information and if it is accurate, we recommend you wait for a few hours before you try again. The bank servers could be down sometimes. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please write to us at connect@madithingsdesign.com and we will try our best to help you out.

  • I received a damaged product. What do I do?
    Please do not worry. Sometimes, accidents can happen in transit. Drop us an e-mail at connect@madithingsdesign.com with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

  • What do I do if I don't like the product I received?
    Sorry to hear that buddy! Please drop us an email at connect@madithingsdesign.com with your feedback. We would love to hear your opinion. You can then ship the product back to us to the address we provide. Please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and all you have to do is pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can opt for a refund as well. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and the amount should reflect in your account in 7 to 10 business days from the day it’s processed. Kindly ensure the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund to be processed.

  • What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?
    We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. In case of an exception, please write to us at connect@madithingsdesign.com with the details of the missing product/products within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted for you at the earliest.

  • My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What next?
    Please drop us a mail at connect@madithingsdesign.com within 24 hrs of the delivery as per the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. It would get really difficult to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24hrs.

  • How can I cancel my order?
    Please mail us at connect@madithingsdesign.com for a cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet. Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

  • Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?
    Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment.

  • When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?
    If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 business days. Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
