We follow a print-on-demand model. All orders are usually processed within 5-7 working days. You can add an additional 3 days for delivery and expect your package between 10-14 days. You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.
Yes! We are excited to share our art with you guys from all around the world. We charge a flat rate of $25 (for upto a kilo).
Yes, of course! If you buy more products on the same day, we’ll ship them as part of the same order. They may or may not ship together in the same box.

This might be because the information has not been entered correctly, but if you’ve checked all the entered information and if it is accurate, we recommend you wait for a few hours before you try again. The bank servers could be down sometimes. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to help you out.
We love free shipping and so should you! For all orders within India, we offer free standard delivery. For countries outside of India, we charge a flat rate of 25$ (upto a kilo).
Please do not worry. Drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged product within 15 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.
Sorry to hear that buddy! Please drop us an email with your feedback. We would love to hear your opinion. You can then ship the product back to us to the address we provide. Please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened / unused without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of receiving the order and all you have to do is pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can opt for a refund as well. The refund will be processed in 5 working days and the amount should reflect in your account in 7 to 10 business days from the day it’s processed. Kindly ensure the return product is packed well to avoid any damages in transit. The product should be returned in its original state for the refund to be processed. The courier charges incurred by you to send us back the product will not be refunded.
We make sure that all the products are sent to you in one package. In case of an exception, please write to us at email@example.com with the details of the missing product/products within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted for you at the earliest.
Please drop us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hrs of the delivery as per the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service. We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests. If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.
If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 business days. Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
